Powder resin is usually formed by powder metallurgy and sintered. The sintering temperature is 360-375 ℃, not more than 410 ℃. Emulsion resins are usually processed by cold extrusion and sintering. They can form an anticorrosive coating on the surface of the articles. If the transparency and toughness of products are required, rapid cooling should be adopted. Can also take extrusion molding, can extrude tube, bar, profile. 4. The viscosity of PTFE melt is very high, and it decreases with the increase of shear stress, which shows the characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid. 5. Secondary processing, hot pressing, welding, bonding, reinforcement, machining, etc. can be used to produce products. 6. Dry at 120 ℃ by curve sintering.
